When linking your Retail site account to your Distributor's account, you are asked for a Customer Account ID. This is not something Jellyfish creates, it is actually your account ID or an account number that your Distributor uses to identify you. For example, if you were to ask someone in purchasing, "What is our "Sysco" Account Number?"
You can usually find your account number on an invoice from the Distributor or you can contact your Distributor Rep.
Your Jellyfish ID or Jellyfish Account Number is a different number that is used internally in Jellyfish.
