Owners, Administrators and Sales Managers of your account have access to a different view of Jellyfish than Representatives do.
- Owners (can also be an Administrator)
- Administrators (can also be a Representative)
- Sales Managers (can also be a Representative)
Instead of a mobile-based URL: Owners, Admins and Sales Managers have a PC based version. This is by design. The thought behind this design is that admins and sales managers are normally not on the floor placing orders with mobile devices; instead, they are behind the scenes verifying that operations are running smoothly.

- Only Owners can add any type of Employee they wish, as well as new Distribution Centers.

Administrators & Sales Managers can add Representative members.
- Both Owners and Administrators can add new Item Catalogs
There are some menu options here that Representatives do not have access to such as:
- Employees (admins and managers can create new employees)
- Customer List
- New Customer Leads
This means any New Customer Leads that come in, will need to be handled in a timely manner by anyone with an Owner, Admin or Sales Manager account.
