Retail accounts can have multiple sites, essentially locations, in one account. This is to allow business owners with multiple locations, to have all sites under one account.
- Admin users of the account have access to all sites under the account.
- Staff members will only have access to sites owners or admins add to the staff member; this process is explained in the "How To Add New Employees" article.
The Jellyfish user can switch sites by accessing the menu in Jellyfish and simply scrolling down to "Switch Sites". Jellyfish will prompt you to select the account and site you wish to switch to.
