Yes! We know that sometimes your inventory is kept in a location where you don’t have a wifi or cellular connection.
Here are the steps:
- While you are online, start the Jellyfish app and go to Inventory Count. Either continue an existing count or start a new count.
- We will automatically download your site catalog in the background. This only takes a few seconds for a small catalog. A bit longer for a large catalog. **Note - We are adding a visual indicator to let you know when it is finished.
- Now you can walk to the area without coverage and continue the count. Any items in your site catalog will be found and you can add the counted quantity.
- When you walk back into wifi or cellular coverage we will update the counts!
