This article will explain how to order items from a Supplier that is in Jellyfish, but your Retail Account has yet to be linked to the Supplier account.

From the Main Menu, click "Order".
On the next page, you will see "New Order" at the top right and a little flag icon next to it.
Click on "New Order".
This is where you can search for any items you wish to order from any Supplier within Jellyfish.
If your device is connected to a Bluetooth scanner, you can now scan your barcodes and Jellyfish will find the item if available.
Any items found under the "Site Catalog" search are items that either your Supplier has added to the site Order Guide or, items you frequently purchase or have previously counted.
If the item you are searching for is not found under the site catalog search, Jellyfish will redirect your search to be "Regional" or "Global".
Above, the user found their item needed under the "Regional" tab. The user can either place the item on "Hold" or click "Add to Cart".
To purchase the item from the newly found Supplier within Jellyfish, click "Add to cart". Next, Jellyfish will ask if you have an account with this Supplier or not.
If you have an account ID with this particular Supplier, after entering the ID number, your order will be submitted immediately.
If you do not have an account ID with this Supplier, click "No" and submit a request to become a customer of the Supplier.
The comment section of the request will be automatically filled in with the item information needed. You can add to it if needed.
After you click "Submit Request", Jellyfish will ask you if you wish to place the item on hold for now.
Placing the item on hold will come in handy once the Supplier accepts your request.
The Supplier does have the option to convert you to a customer or deny the request.
If the Supplier accepts your request, you will receive an email letting you know. At this point, you can go back to your Order page and click your "Hold" icon.
The hold page will show you the Supplier, item name and quantity previously selected for the hold. If all information is correct, click "Move to Cart", now you can officially place the order!
