Customer reports allow you, the Supplier, to create a report based on the customers you are working with through Jellyfish. To run reports based on orders, open the navigation menu by clicking the three horizontal bars in the top left, and Select "Reports" > "Customer"; the "Customer Report Filters" page will populate afterwards.
Here you will be able to create a report for your customers by filling out the required fields.
If you select "Sort By", Jellyfish will bring up the window below that will allow you to view the created report sorted by your choosing:
Afterwards, you can select which sales division you want to run the report on. You can run reports for your sales division(s).
After selecting your sales division, you will be asked to "Select Site". This will run the report based on the retail site(s) you requested.
The next field that is required will be "Select Time". You can select the time frame you would want the report to report back:
Report give the statistics weekly, monthly or yearly depending on your choosing. After filling in the required fields, clicking on "Submit" will generate the report and will lead the application to the following screen down below:
Jellyfish will report back your items, how many times it's been ordered, and quantity ordered during the time frame that was requested in the previous step. If you select "Download", Jellyfish will download an excel or a PDF file to view further.
