Supplier - Added a new tab in the customer area that to let you see the items that a customer has previously ordered. It also allows you to filter items that have been purchased that are not on the customer's order guide.
Supplier Reps - The rep mobile app now supports the creation of a new customer in Jellyfish. Let your reps knock on doors and do their job.
Supplier Reps - Customer's order guides can now be edited in the Rep mobile app. Reps can add or remove items from the order guide and set a negotiated price for the items.
Supplier - Adding a new customer. We streamlined the process to one method, removing the problematic "I know the Jellyfish Site ID" option.
Supplier - Added a resend button for pending customer invites. This function also allows you to edit and correct the email address for the invite.
Retail - Fixed a bug on the Retail Sign Up page that prevented the links to the app stores from showing. We have a mobile apps and want people to use them.
Supplier - When your receive a new customer lead, you will see a blue dot next to the New Customer Leads button on the main menu. There is also a "Reject" button if you receive a new customer lead from a retail account that you do not want to do business with. When you reject a new customer lead, the person that requested the account will receive a notification in Jellyfish saying that "{Supplier Name} has rejected your request for a new customer account. Please contact them for more information."
Retail - When you request a new customer account with a supplier, we will send the item you are interested in purchasing along with your new customer account request. After you request the account, we will prompt you to put the item you want to purchase into your "Hold List" so you can easily add it to a order cart after the Supplier approves your new customer account request.
Retail - Text change on the dashboard. "pending admin approval" is now "orders to review"
Sys Admin - This is a change for retailers. Sometimes multiple sites sign up for their own Jellyfish Retail Accounts. Now we can merge the entire account or just an individual site into another retail account. Create a help desk ticket if you need to have this done.
