This article will demonstrate how to link, or map, customers in your Jellyfish account, to customers found in your Xero account. If you do not have any customers in your Xero account, you can add them at any point.
Once you have logged into your Jellyfish Supplier account from the Main Menu find the tab "Integrations"
After selecting integrations you will be prompted to a screen where you can select "Xero Integration"
Once you have selected Xero Integrations, you will have a list of options to select from. For contact mapping, you will select the " Contact Mapping" option.
The next screen will provide a list of customer in Jellyfish.
Under the column " Xero Contact Name" type in the contact name as listed in Xero, a drop-down menu will appear showing the contact you are trying to map.
Select the contact you are trying to merge.
Now that you have successfully mapped your contact(s) all future data will be synced together with Jellyfish and Xero. When a customer places an order in Jellyfish, the customer name will be correct in both Xero and Jellyfish.
