This article will demonstrate how to link, or map, customers in your Jellyfish account, to customers found in your QBO account. If you do not have any customers in your QBO account, you can add them at any point.
This article assumes you have already integrated with a QuickBooks Online account. If you have not, please see this link.
Once you have logged into your Jellyfish Supplier account from the Main Menu find the tab "Integrations"
An "Integration Menu" will provide a list of options to select from. For contact mapping, you will select the " Contact Mapping" option.
The next screen will provide a list of customer in Jellyfish.
Under the column " QuickBooks Contact Name" type in the contact name as listed in QBO, a drop-down menu will appear showing the contact you are trying to map.
Select the matching contact from the drop-down.
If the customer in Jellyfish is not listed in QBO yet, add the customer to QBO and then perform this process.
Now that you have successfully mapped your contact(s), all future data will be synced together with Jellyfish and QBO. When a customer places an order in Jellyfish, the customer name will be correct in both QBO and Jellyfish.
