Note - This works fine in Chrome.
Firefox seems to be making it difficult to print a PDF from the browser. (Our printed document is formatted as a PDF)
It appears that you have to do a workaround to open the PDF print in Acrobat Reader in the browser and then print from within Acrobat. This then leaves the Jellyfish print dialog on the screen and you have to “cancel” the print in Jellyfish.
In Firefox you go to menu > options > applications and change the PDF setting to Use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. (If you don't have this option, download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. It is free.)
This is not a great solution, and we will continue to look for better options for Firefox.
