After integrating Retail account with Xero, you will have to map items in order for Xero to recognize purchase orders you've made in Jellyfish Retail.
If you haven't integrated your Retail account with Xero yet, follow the instructions found in this link .
Log into Jellyfish Retail, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the page, and this will bring up different tabs along the left side of the screen. Click on Integrations:
If you are currently integrated with Xero, you should see the window below. After appearing, you will want to click on "Xero Integration", on the next page select "Item Mapping":
You will then be directed to a page that looks like this:
Click "Add Item to Xero" if it does not exist yet in Xero.
If product does already exist in Xero search for it's name/code in the search bar below.
After adding the item into Xero, you can go and log into your Xero account, and check if the item has been placed into the system. To see if your products in Xero, you will want to click on Business > Products & Service:
This will then take you to the Products and Services page. There will be a table that will show you all the items that are integrated with Xero like the picture below:
