Supplier - Fixed a bug when a supplier with a Jellyfish account clicks "forgot password" and then enters their email, when they click the submit button, they receive a "Bad Request" error message.
Supplier and Retailer - Item Each List Price: Suppliers can now create an "Each List Price" for an item. Previously the each price was calculated as the pack price divided by the qty of items in the pack. This is also visible to the retailers if you choose to use the Each Price field.
Supplier and Retailer - Item Each Negotiated Price: Suppliers can now create an "Each Negotiated Price" for an item. Previously the each price was calculated as the pack price divided by the qty of items in the pack. This is also visible to the retailers if you choose to use the Each Price field.
Supplier and Retailer - Customer Order Guides are now available for download in .csv and Excel file formats. The button is on your order guide page.
Supplier - Fixed the Order Guide Bulk Upload bug that prevented you from adding an item to a customer's Order Guide using the Bulk Upload if the List Price and the Negotiated Price are the same.
Supplier - Added a new column on the customer's order guide to display the date the item was added to the order guide.
Supplier - Fixed a bug in the order guide page that caused the item search to not work.
Supplier and Retailer - Item images: Suppliers can now upload a small item image in the item details. This picture will be displayed when a retailer views the items details. This has to be done from the item edit screen. It is not included in the item bulk upload. This is also visible to the Reps in the Rep app.
Supplier and Retailer - Suppliers can now designate one or more weekly delivery days for a customer. This is set on the "Edit Customer" screen. This is displayed to the customer in the Retail app as well as the Supplier Rep in the Rep app.
Supplier and Retailer - Suppliers can now use "Item Tags' to help retailers find items in the catalogs. Tags are less than 30 characters long and suppliers are prompted to use the tags that are already in Jellyfish to encourage standardization. A item tag may be something like "Organic". If a Retailer enters that while searching for an item to order, they will receive a list of all items with the tag "Organic". A supplier can enter up to 5 tags per item and they are separated using a comma.
Supplier - Added an error message for the Item Bulk Upload. If you tried to upload prices with a currency symbol (e.g. $) you will now receive a error message explaining why the upload failed. "Pack Price must not contain any character/symbol"
Supplier - Fixed a bug that prevented you from adding items to certain new retail customer's order guides. You would receive a generic "Bad Request" error.
Retail - Fixed a bug on the Android app that prevented users from scrolling through item categories if they had a very long list of categories enabled.
Retail - Fixed a bug during account setup that allowed users to create multiple Retail Account headquarters and duplicate sites.
Supplier - Fixed a bug that occasionally prevented you from adding items to a brand new sales division.
Supplier and Retailer - Fixed a bug that prevented users to view very long order guides. The scrolling issue was present for both Retailers and Suppliers
Supplier - Fixed a bug in the Update Item Price Bulk Upload. If there was an error with the upload it was being displayed in the incorrect column.
Retailer - Can now make a supplier Active or Inactive in the Supplier Account Section. If you make a supplier inactive, it will remove their items from your site catalog to prevent future orders from being sent to that supplier. You can still find the suppliers items in your regional catalog. The supplier is not notified that you made them inactive.
