Suppliers and Retailers - Square Payment Processing is now available! Suppliers if you have a Square payment processing account, you can easily integrate it to Jellyfish. Go to your Distribution Center Page and click on the "Setup Payment Account" button. This will take you to Square where you can either connect your existing Square account to Jellyfish or create a new Square Payment account. Next you will need to Edit your Distribution Centers and select the correct Square Location for each one. (A location is the account for the payments from that warehouse) Now when you send an invoice to a customer in Jellyfish, they can pay the invoice directly from their Jellyfish account. We do not charge any fees for the payment processing functionality. You only pay your normal processing fees to Square.
Suppliers - We have new functionality to automatically send a reminder to a retailer to submit their order. If you look at your customers area, on the Edit Customer page, you will see that you can designate Delivery Days. Once you have designated a Delivery Day, you can set a reminder to send a text and email to the retailer owner and admin a specific number of days before their delivery day. The key is that we will only send a reminder if the retailer has not submitted an order since their last delivery date. So in the example below, we delivered last week on Friday, if I have not received an order by the end of the day on Tuesday, I will send a reminder at the beginning of the day on Wed telling the retailer I need their order by the end of the day for their Friday delivery.
Retailers - Updated the initial messaging that you see on the Suggested Orders page. The instructions now state that you need to setup your item reorder points in your site catalog, before you will be able to see any suggestions on what you need to order.
